In conjunction with Accenture UK, one of the first social media recruiting success stories.

Working through the London office, we structured a campaign to use design and tactical messaging to help with project-based recruitment campaigns. These campaigns were launched throughout the UK and Europe and tracked success on a real-time basis using analytics and reporting.

Once the reporting was correlated, we were able to make real-time changes on all pertinent sites. This strategy allowed for over 300 hires in a 6-month window, making it one of the first social networking success tools that Accenture UK supported.

Since this strategy has been launched, the UK Accenture team has adopted several follow up campaigns now considered the foundation of their approach to reaching the Generation Y audience.
